About

General

Baby Beans is a family-centred café in Campo de Ourique, combining coffee and light food with activities for children. It is built around babies and young children, rather than treating them as an afterthought. Coffee, kids, and community are the three threads of the concept.

This is less a conventional brunch destination than a daytime meeting point for families. A latte or matcha can sit alongside a croissant, sandwich, or baby muffin; children’s classes and birthday activities give the place a role beyond food and drink. Parents get somewhere to pause, too.

Food And Drink

Coffee and matcha sit beside straightforward daytime choices. The current selection includes plain croissants, baby muffins, and mozzarella-and-pesto sandwiches: a short list for an easy stop, not a long menu consultation.

The baby muffin is the detail that makes the range feel tailored to its setting. Menus can change, but the direction is clear: drinks, a light bite, and options that make sense when a child is part of the outing.

Visit

At Baby Beans, the family element is the point, not an added amenity. The programme currently includes children’s music and clay classes, and birthday celebrations with activities are also part of the offer. These plans have their own rhythm, distinct from simply stopping in for coffee.

The café can therefore suit an ordinary snack break or a more organised child-focused outing. Class dates and party arrangements change, but the underlying idea is steady: coffee and children’s activities in one place.

Rebond Lab

Rebond Lab is a compact neighborhood cafe built around easy daytime stops: coffee, matcha, sandwiches, pastries, cookies, and natural juices. It is the kind of place that works for a quick drink, a light bite, or a slower pause when you want something simple and satisfying without turning the moment into a full meal. The offer leans practical but current, with matcha sitting alongside coffee and sandwiches rather than feeling like a separate trend corner. The appeal is less about ceremony and more about having a reliable cafe option with a simple, welcoming feel and a few fresh, modern choices.

Amélia Lisboa

Amélia Lisboa is a Campo de Ourique café from the I Love Nicolau group, with an all-day menu of breakfast dishes, brunch plates, bowls, burgers, coffee, and drinks. Eggs Amélia and the Veggie Burger are two house picks; the wider card runs from pancakes and French toast to salads, tacos, and tapiocas. The menu can take a coffee break in one direction and a composed lunch in the other, without asking a group to agree on one thing first. A pink counter, art-nouveau window, and garden motif give it a distinct visual frame.
