Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask campodeourique.com to delete personal data associated with your account, contact messages or submitted listing information. Use the contact page to send a deletion request.
Request data deletionHow to request deletion
Send a message through the contact page and write "Data deletion request" in the message. Tell us what data you want deleted, such as an account, contact message, organization membership, API key or submitted listing information.
Information to include
Include the email address, phone number, account name, organization name or listing URL connected to the data. Do not send passwords, API keys or sensitive documents through the form.
Verification
We may need to verify that you are the person connected to the data or that you are authorized to act for the relevant organization before deleting or changing records.
What deletion covers
When a valid request is confirmed, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed to operate the service. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or reasonable backups.
Timing
We will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and follow up if more information is needed. Backup copies may take additional time to expire through normal retention cycles.
